Small Chocolatier's Selection Box- Spring Edition
Box of 8 chocolates, handmade in Stirchley. Including Easter inspired flavours.
Each box contains a selection of milk, dark and white chocolate.
Hot Cross Bun- Spiced, citrus ganache and feullatine crumb inside a caramelised white chocolate shell.
Toast & Honey- Caramelised white chocolate shell filled with a toast infused ganache and layer of honey.
Salted butter and Muscavado Caramel- rich, buttery chewy caramel with milk chocolate and a hint of sea salt.
Hazelnut Caramel- milk chocolate encasing a rich nutty caramel and dark chocolate praline ganache.
Raspberry & Rose- white chocolate shell filled with a sharp raspberry pâte de fruit and creamy raspberry ganache with a hint of delicate rose.
Lemon Meringue Pie- white chocolate paired with a zingy lemon ganache, marshmallow and crunchy biscuit.
Tiramisu- Liquid espresso, chocolate and coffee liqueur centre with a creamy vanilla ganache, encased in a dark chocolate shell.
Blood Orange and Earl Grey- Zingy blood orange Pâté de Fruit layered with a earl grey infused ganache.
